Our 1-on-1 coaching program has limited spots. One you apply, we’ll get you on the books for a consult call to see if we’re a good fit for your goals and needs.
We’ll discuss your goals, go over your health history, and cover more about our program and how it works. This is a chance for us to ensure we’re a good fit for each other.
Once accepted into the program, you’ll receive an invitation to register and officially begin your personal training plan. You’ll then gain access to our exclusive MHA app.
Work closely with your coach, receive a customized fitness plan, nutrition coaching, weekly educational tips, and participate in weekly check-ins for accountability. Our supportive community group chat will keep you motivated every step of the way.
