He is not only concerned about your physical health but your mental health too. There are many things that impress me about Ryan and one of them is that he is able to quickly identify what areas of your body you need to work on, what you are doing wrong (for example walking with your feet out to the side instead of straight in front of you) and he knows exactly how to work toward fixing it. Not only do I see Ryan weekly but I also subscribe to his app. There he has workouts tailored specifically for you. He includes a video of each exercise that shows you what to do and how many sets and how many reps of each you are to do and there is a place to record your progress. The app also includes great recipes. There is a place to track what you eat and drink each day. He reviews your progress each week and leaves you a message as to how you are doing and what you could improve on. If you want to improve your health and physical fitness, I would highly recommend working with Ryan. Accessing my custom workouts is easy and with the instructional videos, I can learn new exercises and know I am approaching them the right way.
