The Matter Health Associates app has made remote personal training motivating and easy to access. With direct access to my personal trainer and daily and weekly reminders, it’s been easy to remain consistent and achieve my goals. Accessing my custom workouts is easy and with the instructional videos, I can learn new exercises and know I am approaching them the right way. The app also connects to my third-party apps like Garmin and Strava making uploading my workouts and fitness data a breeze.

The MHA app has upped my fitness game in so many ways. I actually didn’t know it would. I’m loving the designated workouts since for me. I’m always at a loss of what body parts to do with what and how many things to do per day. It is paired with my Strava and MyFitnessPal app which also helped keep me accountable by showing all of my daily food intake if recorded properly and my exercise paired with my personal training, it has held me much more accountable… Lastly, it’s easily accessible on my Apple Watch, and easy to find everything I want to find on the app quickly.

I am loving the app! It has been so beneficial for me while training my first body building show to have direct access with my coach. I am able to communicate my meals to him and learn what to add/subtract from my plan. I am also able to see live videos of the exercises to complete in order to ensure I am doing them correctly. It is excellent and I recommend it to anyone from first starting out to an avid weight lifter. I am doing my first bodybuilding show and this works perfect for my busy schedule.
