Ryan’s lifelong passion for physical performance led him to pursue a career in physiology. In 2009, he established Matter Health Associates (MHA). As his reputation for delivering exceptional results grew, Ryan expanded his team to offer a wider range of health services. With a vision of making his expertise accessible to clients everywhere, he developed an exclusive app to provide personalized coaching from a distance.

Starting with a Bachelor of Exercise Science, he furthered his expertise with a Master of Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Epidemiology, Ryan is committed to staying at the forefront of health research and practice.

App Download: Download the app on your smartphone or tablet. Android or Apple devices.
Client Portal Access: You will receive an invitation from Ryan to access your personalized client portal within the app.
Workout Library: Once logged in, you can view your workout program, goals, nutrition insights and more. 
Workout Details: Each workout typically includes:
  • Exercise descriptions: Detailed instructions, including video demonstrations.
  • Sets and reps: The number of sets and repetitions required for each exercise.
  • Rest periods: Recommended rest time between sets.
  • Notes or modifications: Any additional instructions or modifications specific to your needs or goals.
Progress Tracking: You will be able to track your progress by logging your weight, measurements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Log meals: You can manually enter meals, simply upload photos of your meals, or search for common foods in the app’s database.
  • Track macros and calories: See the breakdown of macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, and fats) and calories for each meal.
  • Monitor progress: Track your daily, weekly, and monthly macronutrient and calorie intake to stay on track with your goals.
  • Receive personalized feedback: Ryan will review your meal tracking data and provide personalized feedback and recommendations to help you achieve your wellness goals.
